Maitland Garden of Hope

Maitland Garden of Hope

This private 1.5-acre site with 23 theme gardens, and over 5,000 perennial flowers, flowering shrubs and grasses, was recipient of the Community Artistic & Cultural Contribution Service Award for 2016. The mission is to provide a garden habitat that will aid in the conservation and enjoyment of our native butterflies, birds and honeybees. The gardens feature a Registered Monarch Way Station, Zen Garden, pollinator gardens, and a meadow walk. There are also two garden ponds on the property.
